ICHWS aims to develop quality standard of care and support services across Merseyside . We have a simple promise that ‘if it isn’t good enough for us, then it isn’t good enough for you’ and with that in mind we promise that all of our Community houses are decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard. .We operate on a floating support model, so although staff are not on-site 24/7, we are on call and available to any of our properties at all times. All of our houses are 3 or 4 bed properties with shared facilities (lounge, kitchen and bathroom) but residents have their own bedrooms. 

Our mission is to remove barriers to social inclusion and empower people to have a voice and help make a real difference to their lives and their families. We do this by speaking up for vunrable adults and children when they can't speak up, and supporting the service user/community members to speak for themselves when they can.
