ICHWS Community Support/Care Services and Supported Living Services are a Diverse unique, innovative and inclusive social business that provides person-centered support and inclusive approach to help enabling/assist Families and older people/younger people, people with mental ill health, learning disabilities, physical and sensory/Nuro diverse disabilities, autistic adults, care leavers, people fleeing domestic abuse, rough sleepers, those with drug and alcohol problems, vulnerable ex-service personnel and ex-offenders to live as independently as possible within their own homes and/or in the local community housing with wraparound Support and Care.
ICHWS Services Ltd provides support tailored to the individual needs of each of our service users/community members. This includes support from a health care advocate, life coach/care coordinator. Joint up working with local health and social care providers, as well as the wrap around support of our dedicated PA's and volunteers. Crucially, you also have the support of your peers, who are ‘People with lived experience’. Those who live in our community houses, can also engage in our community groups, achieve a sense of pride, purpose, connection, responsibility and accountability simply by being active members of both the local community services and wider community activities that are available across Merseyside..
We offer consistent, unconditional care, support and Advocacy and help enablie each service user to live in an environment that encourages a healthier lifestyle, delevop positive relationships, mutual respect, trust, and consideration for others. To accept and understand each individual service user, at all times maintaining their dignity and self-respect.
